| Job Description | We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Manager, available to start immediately! An exciting opportunity to produce an efficiently run
operation that embodies an Islamic Lifestyle and the brand values Qualifications: Management / Commerce Degree This exciting position will require the successful candidate to manage the Contact Centre to produce an efficiently run operation that embodies the brand values to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsible for the guiding of the strategic direction of the centre, monitoring the day to day performance to oversee allocation and use of all resources, with staff and workflow management at the heart of the role. Only Candidates that meet all the following requirements will be considered: Experience Required: 1] Minimum of 4 years management experience in a minimum of a 20 seat Contact Centre 2] Minimum 1-2 years Work force management with large groups Technical Experience / Competencies Required: 1] Sound expertise in management practices of a Contact Centre, including * training & development, Performance management, OH & S, EEO, HR Planning 2] Telephony and automated call distribution systems 3] Sound numeracy ability Candidates that exhibit and meet the following will be considered for this position: Proven experience in the following: * Staff / People Management and Development, Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communication and Reporting, Setting of strategic direction, Business Improvement, Project Management, Culture Development and entrenchment, HR Team Leadership, Networking and Relationship Building, Occupational Health and Safety, Customer Service orientation, Change orientation, Initiative,* Flexibility and adaptability, Integrity, Resilience, Decision making, Problem solving, Commercial Focus Candidates are required to: 1] Have a clear Credit and Criminal record 2] Submit a detailed motivation for the position, demonstrative of experience in the abovementioned elements.
